

Research Associate
Justin Osmanov studied Intercultural Business Psychology with a focus on Behavioral Economics (Bachelor's) and Psychology with a focus on Human Factors (Master's). In his master's thesis, he designed and evaluated a tool for the psychometric measurement of power structures in human-robot interaction.
During his studies, he worked as a student assistant in the Department of International Economic Relations and Behavioral Economics at Hamm-Lippstadt University of Applied Sciences, as well as a research assistant in the Human Factors Department at Ulm University. Since September 2024, he has been a research associate at the IAD in the Human-Machine Interaction and Mobility research group.
