Research Associate
Josefine Emmel studied industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at the TU Darmstadt. She specialized on ergonomics, production and process management. In her master thesis she investigated the influence of an adaptive workstation on the worker’s posture and the duration of the work process in the context of manual assembly.
Since May 2023, she has been working as a research associate at IAD in the research group Work Assessment & Workplace Design.
