The IAD took part in the 27th International Conference on Human-Computer Interaction in the Swedish port city of Gothenburg from 22 to 27 June 2025.

While Felix Friedrich presented in the poster session, Lisa Zeitler took part as a speaker in the session “Moving People: Potentials, Problems and Powerful Solutions for the Mobility of the Future”. The scientific contributions are:

• Conception and interview-based evaluation of an external human-machine interface to promote prosocial behavior in urban mixed traffic (Felix Friedrich, Robert Eychmüller, Sarah Schwind-Drews & Bettina Abendroth)

• Harmonization of Shared Control within SAE International J3016 Standard and Dimensioning of Haptic Shared Control in Automated Driving (Lisa Zeitler, Sarah Schwindt-Drews, Benedikt Schreiner & Bettina Abendroth)

The articles are the results of the joint research project STADT:up (funding reference 19A22006S). The research project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Economics and Climate Protection (BMWK) on the basis of a resolution of the German Bundestag.
