From 25 March to 27 March 2025, researchers and exhibitors gathered at the 71st Spring Congress of the Society for Ergonomics at C.A.R.L., the Central Auditorium for Research and Learning at RWTH Aachen University. Under the guiding theme of “Work 5.0: Human-centered innovations for the future of work”, current research results and use cases were presented and design approaches were discussed.

The Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (IAD) was represented at the spring congress by four research assistants.
