The HOLM hosted a panel discussion on the topic of resilience in the mobility sector on 23 January 2024 as part of a fireside evening. In a short presentation, Erich R. Unkrieg from the ILOS Institut für lernfähige Organisationen und Systeme addressed four areas of resilience: intrapersonal and interpersonal resilience, intraorganisational and interorganisational resilience. Carmen Worch from HOLM led the subsequent panel discussion, which was attended by Dr Bettina Abendroth from IAD Erich R. Unkrieg, Ingrid Oldenburger (HEAG mobilo GmbH) and Walter Reinarz (Rhein-Erft-Verkehrsgesellschaft mbH).
