Lucas Polanski-Schräder is a graduated psychologist. At SRH Hochschule Heidelberg and TU Darmstadt he set focus on health and clinical psychology as well as work and engineering and business and personnel psychology. In his master thesis he invastigated the impact of design factors on the interaction between human and digital assitance systems in an industrial context.
Since February 2021 he has been employed as a research associate at the Institute of Ergonomics and Human Factors (IAD) and has been part of the research group Human & Organization. Within the competence centre human & artificial intelligence he works on issues concerning the role of humans in the digital workspace and the human-technology-interface. Apart from his activities at IAD, Lucas Polanski-Schräder is diversely interested in culture, a passionate sportsman and spends time with photography.
