Research Associate

Philip Joisten studied industrial engineering with a focus on mechanical engineering at the TU Darmstadt. He specialized on ergonomics, technology and innovation management. In his master thesis he investigated the driving enjoyment and driving experience of different traffic participants.

Since may 2018 he is a research associate at IAD and is part of the team Human-Machine Interaction & Mobility. In the project @City he studies the interaction between autonomous vehicles and other traffic participants.
