Research Associate

Konstantin Bangolas studied psychology at Goethe University Frankfurt (Bachelor) and at Maastricht University in the Netherlands (Master). His studies focused on work and organizational psychology, clinical psychology and social and health psychology.

He also completed the training as an Industrial Management Assistant (IHK) and gained several years of in-depth practical experience in business development for a major international consumer goods company.

Since April 2024, he has been working as a research associate at the IAD in the People & Organization working group and as an AI trainer with a focus on change management for the Mittelstand-Digital Zentrum Darmstadt.
