On July 10, 2024, Deborah Petrat successfully defended her dissertation entitled: “Influence of artificial intelligence on task-oriented leadership behavior on employees”.

As part of the thesis, a laboratory study was conducted in which test subjects worked on a simulated project task under the guidance of an artificially generated manager in the form of an avatar on the one hand and a human manager on the other. The effects of both modes on the performance, motivation and job satisfaction of the test subjects were compared. Congratulations on passing the exam!
