Agile Project Management in Practice: Successful Workshop at HUB31

On 13 December 2023, Darmstadt start-ups met at HUB31, the Technology and Start-up Centre Darmstadt, for a workshop that dealt with an essential question: How can agile project management be successfully implemented in practice?
Conducted by the Competence Centre for Work and AI (KompAKI), this workshop provided a platform for interactive exchange and in-depth discussions on the mechanisms and challenges of agile project management. Participants were given a comprehensive insight into the latest trends and methods.
The workshop focussed on the application of agile working methods, which have long been a mainstay of project management. The participants discussed basic frameworks, typical role allocations and established practices of agile project management. A special focus was placed on the use of AI tools. This showed how generative AI tools can make repetitive tasks in agile project management easier and more efficient.
The Competence Centre for Work and AI (KompAKI) would like to thank HUB31 for their excellent organisation and hospitality. This workshop represents another milestone in our endeavours to closely link research and practice in the field of artificial intelligence and to promote forward-looking working methods.
