Overview
The IAD has a dynamic driving simulator which is equipped with a so-called seat box and a hexapod. The vehicle can be steered by means of a steering wheel and pedals and the environment is simulated on three monitors. With the driving simulation software Silab (WIVW) as well as the self-developed automation controller (SAE L3-L5) current and future questions such as motion sickness during automated driving can be processed.
